Emanuel Dressie

Attorney Emanuel Dressie is a long-time resident of Atlanta, GA and is passionate about helping his fellow Georgians which is why he decided to attend law school after a successful career in accounting and finance. While attending Georgia State University College of Law, Emanuel clerked for the Honorable Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams of the Superior Court of Fulton County and interned at the DeKalb County Public Defender’s Office and with the Georgia Justice Project. He graduated law school with distinction for his dedication to community service.

 Since graduating law school, Emanuel has quickly become known as one of the most attentive and effective personal injury and workers’ compensation attorneys in Atlanta and beyond. He is not afraid to take on challenging cases and prides himself on aggressive representation from day one. The firm’s clients appreciate the constant communication and the passion to help people is evident in each and every case. The firm has recovered in excess of thirty million dollars for its clients.

Senior Associate Attorney

Suneisha Williams

Suneisha Williams was born in Chicago, raised in Mississippi, and relocated to Atlanta in 2013.  She attended the University of Mississippi (“Ole Miss”), where she co-founded the Undergraduate Black Law Students Association, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Paralegal Studies.  She continued at the University of Mississippi School of Law where she graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctorate.  While there, she served as an active member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Associate Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, and Special Counsel of Record for the Criminal Appeals Clinic. 

Suneisha has extensive experience representing clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and premises liability, in both state and federal court.  She has successfully handled hundreds of cases and recovered millions for her clients, who she truly cares for and continue to communicate with after the resolution of their cases.  Suneisha uses her aggressive, competitive, and compassionate nature to negotiate and litigate with insurance companies on behalf of her clients in order to obtain favorable outcomes.  

When she is not in depositions, mediations, trials, or advocating for her clients, Suneisha spends her time with family, traveling to different countries, and mentoring young adults.

Ryan A. Rucker

Attorney Ryan A. Rucker is an Atlanta native. Ryan graduated from Georgia State University’s College of Law and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University, where he studied on a full academic scholarship. Focused on litigation and advocacy, Ryan began his legal career during law school as an intern prosecutor with the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office. There he conducted numerous hearings and discovered his intense love for the courtroom. Upon graduating, Ryan was immediately offered a position with the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office, where he worked tirelessly with a passion for justice, successfully litigating countless cases while obtaining one of the highest trial success rates seen in the legal community.

A persuasive and aggressive trial lawyer with well over 10,000 cases under his belt, Ryan captures the respect of clients, jurors, opposing counsel, and judges alike. In addition to Ryan’s exceptional litigation skills and extensive experience, Ryan possesses an unwavering commitment to obtaining the very best

Beatrice Rosales

Beatrice Rosales is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Paralegal at The Dressie Law Firm, LLC.  Beatrice is a great team player who truly appreciates and embodies the ethical considerations and implications of performing her job. Beatrice adds almost a decade’s worth of experience in the personal injury and workers’ compensation field to the firm. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Georgia. Beatrice thrives on helping others which is only one of the qualities which makes her a perfect fit for the team. In her spare time, Beatrice enjoys outdoors activities and a little dancing here and there. Most importantly, family is everything.

Tania Chirinos

Originally from Honduras, Tania Chirinos migrated to the United States at a young age. Tania graduated from Forest Park High School right here in metro Atlanta.  Tania started her professional career in the apartment industry where she worked as a leasing agent for seven years. Tania was promoted to Property Manager and in this position she was able to utilize her experience and help people find their new home. Tania subsequently decided to pursue her dream and transition to the legal field. In furtherance of this endeavor, Tania obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Georgia.

In her role as the office manager and paralegal at the Dressie Law Firm, Tania makes sure the operation runs smoothly and acts as a liaison between the clients and the attorneys at the firm. Tania’s extensive customer service experience in the apartment industry translates seamlessly to her current role where she provides timely, friendly, and respectful service to all stake holders. Tania is fluent in English and Spanish. In her spare time, Tania enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, working out, and going to the movies.

Max Ledesma

Max Ledesma was born in Morelia Michoacán, Mexico but has spent the vast majority of his life in Atlanta. Max went to high school in Forest Park, Georgia and completed his high school studies at the Penn Foster Academy. Max previously worked as a case intake coordinator for five years in a law firm setting. During that time Max developed a passion for helping clients and wanted to get more involved in the clients’ entire experience. Max now handles advertisement, client acquisition and retention as well as overall operational responsibilities. Max’s compassion for all clients drive him to provide the best possible experience for each and every client. This drive is continuing to push Max in his journey here at the firm and with his goal of enrolling in law school and ultimately practicing law. Max is fluent in English and Spanish. In his spare time, Max enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, play music and box.
